Handicrafts - Wholesale Terms and Conditions
We can manage prices and special conditions for you. In
the same way, we are in capacity to comply with
wholesalers orders (high volume of pieces for model), in
this case the prices and sale conditions can be
negotiated.
Big companies or small wholesale customers are always
welcome and very important for us. Please contact us and
we will resolve all your questions.
Quotation of price:
F.O.B. Callao, in US Dollar.
Transport and insurance will be paid by customers.
Mode and (suggested) way of transport:
We send our small orders by international Express Mail
Service (EMS), a function of the Peruvian postal service
operated in cooperation with postal services throughout
the world or by Air cargo it depends of the size of the
order. We offer to our customers a tracking number to
check the status of their order. We always search the
cheapest shipping rates for our customers.
Orders
shipments by Certified Mail or Express Mail Service (EMS)We
ship orders by less weight than 50 kilograms (110 Pounds)
by Certified Mail or Express Mail Service (EMS). The
difference between these two services is the delivery
time.
We do not use
regularily DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS to send our products
since Peru to other countries because their shipping
rates are too expensive for our customers.
Orders
shipments by Air Cargo
We use this
service to send orders that they weigh more of 50
kilograms (110 Pounds). For orders who weigh 30
kilograms (66 Pounds) or less we recomend you the use of
Certified Mail or Express Mail Service (EMS).
For big
quantities we suggest Sea freight.
Minimum Order:
Minimum order of $500, plus freight and $30
administrative charges.
Orders of less than $500 are accepted from regular
customers.
Terms of delivery:
According to negotiation and the productive capacity.
We send your
order in about 1- 4 weeks. The amount of time that it
takes for your order to reach its destination depends on
two factors. One is the type of products you have
ordered and another is our products are handmade and not
all are stored in warehouses in mass quantities.
Method of payment:
For small
orders of value less than USD $5,000, we accept only
full payment as it minimizes the bank charges involved
in other methods of payment. You may send payment by
bank transfer, Western Union, Credit card or Paypal.
Part
Payment in Advance
For larger orders,
we can take 50% value in advance. Balance payment is
payable against delivery of documents through your
bank.
Letter of Credit
For bulk order,
we can accept irrevocable Letter of Credit opened
from Prime Bank with goods consigned to Bank.
