I was a little nervous ordering it. (We have been burnt ordering on-line in the past.) Our very old (falling apart) rug was very beautiful. It was still very fluffy - it had a nice backing. When I went in search for a new one I looked for a website that showed me quality pictures with a write-up description with a reasonable price. Since my old rug was made such a long time ago (almost 28 years) I wasn't sure if it was possible to get the quality I once had. Everything seems to be made cheaper and cheaper these days. But, I'm very happy to say that I'm very pleased with our new rug and I hope to have it 20+ years as well.

I'll keep you in mind if our friends or family ever decide to get one!

My wonderful hand-knitted sweater arrived yesterday; it is beautifully made, soft, complex, thick and warm; thank you! The color of the alpaca wool is so very black and rich, are you certain that this can be the natural color of the animal, with no dyes? Or, tell me my friend---does only her (or his) hairdresser know for sure?

Did one person make my sweater, or more? It would be nice to know the artisan's or artisans' name, and to offer thanks for their hard work. I want to write their name on a label to sew into the sweater to remember; did you ever think about sewing in a label with the artisan's hand-written signature? I believe that your customers would really enjoy this personal touch. It would remind your customers that people can still make beautiful and useful things with their hands, and that we all can appreciate beauty in the simple and practical things we can incorporate into our lives every day. It would surely be a selling point for your hand-made clothing, like an original work of art! Most important of all, please consider this idea also to let your workers know how important they are as talented individuals who have wonderful skills to share with the world; what do you think?
